Onboarding Process

Our specialist technicians are a combination of direct employees of Ryemead Commercial Group, as well as carefully selected Partners who are invited to join our Partner Network to deliver nationwide coverage for you.
Direct employees receive dedicated support on joining the company as part of our process including but not limited to; DBS Checks,
Our unique onboarding process for our selected partners includes; PSC proof checks, Insurance checks, Right to work checks, Clients references x3 contacted, Staff training records, Financial Self Declaration checks, Company Policy checks, Bank account check, Competent RAMS check, Ryemead supplier declaration form understood and signed, Site visit with Key People, Ryemead Welcome pack delivered.

Commercial Cleaning and Management Training

As part of our commitment to developing our staff, we regularly send our teams on training courses to improve their skills and encourage career progression.
We also have an in-House training program, 6-monthly In-House team training day, regular refreshers and provide a 'Work Buddy' for at least 3 months to starting employment.
Directors attend IOSH Leading Safely Course and all Managers go on IOSH Managing Safely courses.
The use of all advanced equipment including high-pressure water jetting requires specialist training.

Health and Safety

Our unwavering dedication to safety is reinforced through continuous and thorough health and safety training programmes.
IOSH Courses include industry specific practical training and Risk Assessment courses designed to help our teams identify and reduce risk while working on all types of properties.
IPAF ensure employees have the skills and understanding to operate heavy machinery and PASMA courses ensure safe build/use of towers.
Additionally, our technicians wear the appropriate PPE and are trained to be aware of their working surroundings. Only employees that have been specially trained to work at height will carry out tasks at elevated levels.

COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT LONDON HEATHROW AIRPORT

With hotels across the country preparing to open their doors for the first time in months, first impressions really do count. Marriot International Hotels take pride in their ‘Commitment to Clean’ promise and we were delighted to assist with this project.
Our experienced façade cleaning team were able to remove all dirt and pollution residue. A clean façade offers long-term benefits to the client, profoundly improving the overall attitude towards a workplace or public facility. A clean and tidy exterior inspires pride and fosters a positive attitude towards the environment. By undertaking this clean, we have also been able to flag up any maintenance issues which would otherwise have gone unnoticed.

NORTHOLT PARK TRAIN STATION

Dog faeces can cause many problems to the public using the train station and not only is it unsightly, it can also carry diseases including Toxocariasis, which can lead to serious illness, including blindness. This can be a particular risk for children. By removing all of the waste from site and sanitising the area thoroughly, we have eliminated these risks, leaving a clean and fresh path for all visitors to the station.

BICESTER TRAIN STATION

Whilst some graffiti is regarded as an art form, most of the time it is simply vandalism, which causes a real issue for business owners. Unfortunately surfaces that have been graffitied do not promote a professional image.
It is proven that the faster graffiti is removed, the higher the success rate of removal which is why Ryemead Commercial Group are always quick to act with our graffiti removal service.

The Hampton by Hilton High Wycombe, is a brand-new hotel based in a central location in High Wycombe. Carpets are notorious for becoming a home for dust particles and bacteria. These contaminants can cause a wide range of health problems, which have been eliminated during our clean. We have also improved the airflow in the hotel rooms which in turn will ensure guests to the hotel have a great experience, as first impressions really do count.

Hotel Du Vin

Hotel Du Vin is nestled in a valley in the Chilterns and is a delightful hotel that was a former brewery for over 300 years. With 43 fully furnished rooms and suites, our job is to clean the bedroom carpets monthly on a rotation basis. In doing so we are prolonging the life of the carpets, improving first impressions of guests to the hotel, removing bacteria and allergens in the carpets, and leaving the rooms with cleaner air circulation.
