Training & Competence

We manage all employees through a structured training and competency matrix, with skill levels ranging from Level 1 to Level 5 based on role and responsibility.

As a minimum, all staff complete:

Ryemead Induction (including Manual Handling)
Reach & Wash (Water-Fed Pole) and Traditional Cleaning Methods
IOSH Working Safely

Specialist training includes:

Access Safety: IPAF (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms) and PASMA (Mobile Access Towers).
Height & Rescue: Spanset Rooftop Safety, Harness Use, and Rescue/Evacuation Training.
Compliance: Asbestos Awareness and BWCA / IOSH / CSCS Health & Safety.
Internal Audits: In-house Harness Inspections

COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT LONDON HEATHROW AIRPORT

With hotels across the country preparing to open their doors for the first time in months, first impressions really do count. Marriot International Hotels take pride in their ‘Commitment to Clean’ promise and we were delighted to assist with this project.
Our experienced façade cleaning team were able to remove all dirt and pollution residue. A clean façade offers long-term benefits to the client, profoundly improving the overall attitude towards a workplace or public facility. A clean and tidy exterior inspires pride and fosters a positive attitude towards the environment. By undertaking this clean, we have also been able to flag up any maintenance issues which would otherwise have gone unnoticed.

NORTHOLT PARK TRAIN STATION

Dog faeces can cause many problems to the public using the train station and not only is it unsightly, it can also carry diseases including Toxocariasis, which can lead to serious illness, including blindness. This can be a particular risk for children. By removing all of the waste from site and sanitising the area thoroughly, we have eliminated these risks, leaving a clean and fresh path for all visitors to the station.

BICESTER TRAIN STATION

Whilst some graffiti is regarded as an art form, most of the time it is simply vandalism, which causes a real issue for business owners. Unfortunately surfaces that have been graffitied do not promote a professional image.
It is proven that the faster graffiti is removed, the higher the success rate of removal which is why Ryemead Commercial Group are always quick to act with our graffiti removal service.
It is also proven that removing graffiti within 48 hours of its application can prevent its recurrence. It signals that you value your property and can prevent new vandalism from taking place, sending the message that their vandalism is not permissible on your business property.

The Hampton by Hilton High Wycombe, is a brand-new hotel based in a central location in High Wycombe. Carpets are notorious for becoming a home for dust particles and bacteria. These contaminants can cause a wide range of health problems, which have been eliminated during our clean. We have also improved the airflow in the hotel rooms which in turn will ensure guests to the hotel have a great experience, as first impressions really do count.

Hotel Du Vin

Hotel Du Vin is nestled in a valley in the Chilterns and is a delightful hotel that was a former brewery for over 300 years. With 43 fully furnished rooms and suites, our job is to clean the bedroom carpets monthly on a rotation basis. In doing so we are prolonging the life of the carpets, improving first impressions of guests to the hotel, removing bacteria and allergens in the carpets, and leaving the rooms with cleaner air circulation.
