Cladding is the surface used to protect the framework of a building. Regular cladding cleaning will ensure that your building maintains its appearance and avoids the build up of organic staining which can ruin a building’s overall curb appeal. Clean cladding and revived window frames will present your business in the right light for both customers and staff alike.

ANY HURDLES?

As you can see from the images, this particular site had extensive staining to much of the cladding. To negate any issues and to manage expectations, we conducted a small test patch clean prior to starting the entire project. Our client was very happy with the test patch results and we cracked on! As with all of our jobs, we ensure the area is safely cordoned off from the public. We are also proud to be a Safe Contractor approved and an ISO 9001 certified company. We ensure that all processes are followed safely, and all access equipment and machinery is fully certificated. All operatives are fully trained to carry out the works in hand and any project is coordinated by a Ryemead Site Manager who is IOSH trained and First Aid Qualified.

We used low pressure steam techniques which minimised disruption and enabled the building to be used whilst the cleaning was taking place. We also utilised specialist cleaning and restoration products to achieve a real transformation to the window frames and sills.
