The theory is that good natural light enhances learning by boosting the eyesight, mood and health of students and teachers. Half term is always a busy time for Ryemead Commercial Group with many schools, requiring our services at the same time.

We always ensure that we provide a cleaning schedule in advance so our schools know that they can rely on us to clean their windows during quieter periods, ready for when the students return to school and why they see window cleaning as a vital part of planned maintenance.

SPECIALIST ACCESS/CLEANING METHODS UTILIZED?

We have used various techniques across our school’s portfolio this week, including an internal tower to reach the new café roof glazing at Wycombe Abbey and a spider access machine at The Chiltern Academy. Regardless of the height or location of your glazing, Ryemead will always find a solution.

We are Safe Contractor and ISO 9001 certified, ensuring that all access equipment is fully certificated, and all operatives are fully trained to carry out the works in hand. There is always a Ryemead Manager onsite who is IOSH trained to coordinate our commercial window cleaning contracts.

We ensured all staff were fully equipped with PPE, adhered to our COVID Risk Assessment, and were socially distanced at all times.
