Once the contract has been agreed, we produce a comprehensive visit schedule to ensure complete clarity for our client throughout the duration of their window cleaning contract. We will pre-set days into the schedule so our client always knows when we will be on site. We follow this up with an email to ensure the date is still convenient. Once the works are complete, they are signed off by our client and they will provide us with a satisfaction score. We are pleased to confirm that we receive 100% good-excellent scores on a daily basis.
