Downe House are a prestigious boarding school in Buckinghamshire and first impressions are extremely important. Ryemead Commercial Group have many years’ experience in exterior building cleaning, and we have ensured that the building projects and endorses the school’s values. Our teams have removed all stains including general dirt, moss, and mildew which if left untreated can cause damage to the fabric of the building.

SPECIALIST ACCESS/CLEANING METHODS UTILIZED?

We used our specialist super-heated steam cleaning, van mounted system. Our system is recognized as the premiere system for cleaning a wide range of surfaces to remove stains, paint, and pollution damage. The system utilises high temperature steam from water temperatures up to 150 degrees and cleaning is delicate on the building surface, ensuring stains are removed without damage. We are Safe Contractor and ISO 9001 certified, ensuring that all access equipment is fully certificated, and all operatives are fully trained to carry out the works in hand.

ANY HURDLES?

Following a test clean, we managed to undertake these works within the same week, which can take some planning. We ensured all staff were fully equipped with PPE, adhered to our COVID Risk Assessment, and were socially distanced at all times.

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK?

Our works were signed off as ‘Excellent’ and the client has instructed us to complete more buildings at Easter.
